(ii) to make changes or repairs to the products purchased by the <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; (iii) to fulfill the obligations contracted with or by the <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; (iv) to integrate a customer file; (v) to place orders by any agreed means; (vi) to inform about news and novelties, promotions, points of sale, support materials and to provide technical assistance; (viii) To provide information related to invoicing, delivery of products, account statements and collection; (ix) To conduct surveys to determine the quality of the products and services provided; (x) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Including all matters related to customer satisfaction, after-sales service, supplier warranties and other similar matters. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(xi) In general, for the due fulfillment of the commercial operations existing between the <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><b>Responsible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: (i) to carry out the personnel selection and recruitment process; (ii) to integrate the <\/span><b>Registrant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8216;s labor file in case of hiring; and (iii) to comply with the benefits and obligations derived from the labor relationship with the <\/span><b>Registrant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cases where the <\/span><b>Responsible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> intends to process personal data for a purpose other than those contained in this Privacy Notice, the <\/span><b>Responsible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> undertakes to inform the <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and obtain his or her consent for the new processing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>In addition, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary, but which allow us to provide you with better service: sales, after-sales service; (ii) rectify their personal data in cases where the information is inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) cancel their personal data when it is not required to carry out the purposes stated in the Notice; (iv) oppose the processing of your personal data for specific purposes; (ii) document that proves the identity of the <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0or the documents that prove the representation of the same; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which he\/she seeks to exercise any of the rights indicated in the preceding paragraph; as well as, (iv) any other element that facilitates the identification of the personal data, and if applicable, exhibit the documentation that supports the origin of the corrections requested.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d6df9d txt-description elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d6df9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> request will be handled by the <\/span><b>Responsible <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personal data protection department, which must respond within a term of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of submission of the request, which term may be extended for 10 (ten) additional days upon prior notice. The answer will be sent to the address or e-mail indicated by the <\/span><b>Holder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
